Roots of the abstract is a series of organic wooden pieces created to be fixed and removed to form a larger Ash wood sculpted board. Much like in nature, the configuration is changeable and morphs from abundantly packed to a tabula rasa.
On request from a collector, I fashioned two bespoke wooden boards to set these two works onto.
